| Webography was formed by a team of web experts who came from both Microsoft and Oracle backgrounds.
The Webography team have extensive experience in a number of different fields connected to the various facets of web site design as well
as more specific database application programming knowledge and search engine optimisation for web sites. We have been designing,
building and maintaining web sites since 1999 and involved with various database software development projects since 1979.
We are a small but very dynamic company, based in Yateley, Hampshire, able to react rapidly
in a fast changing technological market place.
Our goal is to technically enable our clients with database driven web applications or bespoke database application
solutions so that they can achieve a strategic and powerful web presence or reap the rewards from using current technology
in a timely and cost effective manner.
Our ability in the Database Application marketplace is already proven having designed and built a custom CRM (Customer Relationship
Management) software solution for use within Microsoft UK Ltd and more recently a CRM and HR solution for Cranford Controls Ltd., who are
based in Alton, Hampshire and design and build Fire Safety equipment.
In September 2001 we developed a major ASP Web application incorporating a Microsoft SQL Database for one of the leading supermarket chains
in the country. This web application enabled contractors from around the UK to submit and monitor quotations for work through the life cycle of the quotation.
The major supermarket chain were able to effectively monitor budgets and quickly authorise outstanding work.
We have come a long way since 2001 and embraced many new technological changes too. Designing and building a diverse range of
web applications including an on-line bartering system for a company based in Chicago, an online shopping and ordering system for
another Chicago based company that specialises in wiring harnesses for classic cars. More recently we have specialised in
designing and building various PHP/MySQL Database driven web application management systems including a bespoke CRM System and an
HR System. As a company we have embraced the PHP CodeIgniter development framework and as a direct result of this our output has
increased and time to deliver a complete solution has been significantly reduced.
Through projects like these we pride ourselves on our ability to stay at the leading edge of Web, Internet and Database Technologies.
